A non-refundable deposit of £ secures your booking, with the remaining balance of £ due on /2024 (your balance must be paid directly to the site via credit/debit card). Your % deposit (minimum £) is nonrefundable. There are no refunds or discounts available for inclement weather, late arrivals, or early departures. Cancellations must be made in writing with at least 42 days’ notice (before your balance payment is due). Once the balance is due, it is non-refundable.

We appreciate the bond between you and your furry friend, but we kindly ask that pets are not left unattended at any time. This precaution helps avoid any potential disturbances, ensuring a peaceful camping experience for all guests.

Restricted Breeds:

In accordance with our commitment to safety, breeds and cross-breeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act are not permitted on the campsite. This is in place to prioritise the well-being of everyone on the premises. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.

Exclusivity for Families and Couples:

Our campsite is designed to provide a serene and family-friendly environment, making it an ideal getaway for couples and families. We regret to inform you that group bookings, including single-sex groups of three or more people, are not accepted. This policy ensures a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere for all guests. Additionally, we do not cater to hen and stag parties, further promoting a tranquil and family-oriented camping experience.

Quiet Hours for Serenity:

To maintain a peaceful and restful environment for all campers, our site strictly observes quiet hours from 10:30 pm to 7:30 am. We kindly ask all guests to respect this policy, allowing everyone to enjoy a good night’s sleep and wake up refreshed to the sounds of nature.

Fire Safety Guidelines:

For the safety of our guests and the surrounding environment, open fires are not permitted on the campsite. However, we do allow barbecues as long as they are raised off the ground. This precaution ensures a controlled and secure outdoor cooking experience, minimising the risk of accidental fires.

Vehicle Policy:

To maintain the visual harmony of our campsite, commercial and sign-written vehicles are not permitted. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this policy, contributing to the overall aesthetic appeal and natural ambiance of our camping grounds.
